Below is the instruction for baptisms in South Africa Dutch Reformed Church Registers.
If the record has "Plek" recorded on it, please index this locality as the Parish.
This makes no sense unless "plek" means beneath the column entitled "plek, Are we to enter "plek" in every location even though the location is there? PLUS, the other instructions for the same batch on how to index a baptism record does show the actual location used,. Also the location pops up when one begins to enter it. Please advise.

We had this question come up when Indexing Chat was still alive. They just mean to index the locations in the Plek column as the Baptism Parish. So, like the example, you would index Hanover in the first entry, Cradock in the second entry and so on.

Plek is the Duch word for Place in this case is the Parish.
