Missing Ordinances - Says Ordinances Not Available - M2PC-DXC - Philip Sherman

I'm quite sure the ordinances have been done. Multiple times someone merged a duplicate that was marked Ordinances Not Available and appears to have wiped out the dates. I checked to see if there was an earlier merge that did include the dates and didn't find one.
