I believe all you have to do is create a relationship between Elizabeth Wilson KZ9T-YBV and her spouse Jerman Jacob and the sealing to spouse date will show. If you go to the Family Members section of the details page for Elizabeth Wilson KZ9T-YBV you will see a link in the box for the couple that says "Add Couple Relationship" Clicking that link should allow the sealing to spouse to become visible.
