Please translate the top two lines of the attached Hofmeister genealogy.
I have found a birth record of Eva Peter whose father is Felix. I think the name of the person on the top line is Felix, but I am not certain of that. Also, she was born in 1543, and I am a little confused by the dates in the attached record. I am not certain if 1543 fits with the rest of the dates.

Unfortunately the resolution is not really sufficient to be sure about the text. I read:
"Felix Peter, der Müller, ward XII zum Weggen 1535 und .... 1570 ....."
Felix Peter was a miller and was elected "Zwölfer" (board member) of the Guild zum Weggen in 1535.
A son was Jacob, born 1531, married twice: 1) 1560 Anna Klingler, 2) 1585 Eva Freÿ.
Felix' oldest mentioned son Hans(?) was born 1528(?), for Conrad no DoB given, then Jacob 1531 - and a daughter Eva could have been born in 1543. I don't know, however, if this was the only Felix Peter in the relevant age group in 1543.
