Valentin is the groom for the next marriage. I can see which name is meant, in the column for marital status (heading starts with "Ledig, oder"), in line with Maria Riegel's name. It starts with a +, for "deceased". I think the surname is something like Zirgel, and I think the given name starts with "Pi...", but I may be completely wrong.
I suggest joining the Germany Genealogy Research group (https://community.familysearch.org/en/group/88-germany-genealogy-research) and asking there.
