Why are Ordinances not available when the details are completely filled up?

Hello @Bing S. Papa,
Thank you for your question about ordinances showing as "Not Available" for Sister Espinoza's parents.
Please update your question with the PID of her parents so we can take a look at what you are referring to.
If they were Church members, the death may not been recorded on his or her Church membership record.
Regards,
@bathompson

I am helping a sister, Glenda Espinoza. Her parents both passed away last year so we changed the status from living to deceased. We also added their marriage event date, but still the ordinances are not yet available, what is the lacking detail?
