I have a relative whose ordinances are not showing available. I assumed it was because her death date was before her marriage date which I fixed but it's still showing unavailable. Her ID # is LTQ8-9DS

I have viewed the person you have listed. First make sure that the place of birth is standardized to Grant, Indiana, United States. Please try this and see if that works. If not I can assist you with your request.

@MD Sall The not available status of the ordinances is likely related to the fact that the sex was changed from male to female a few years ago. The case will need to be sent to an internal support team to review and resolve. I will let you proceed with that process.

I will be moving your question to a department that can assist you with your question. They should be in contact with you regarding your relative's temple ordinances. Thank you for your family history work.
