Is there an address where I can write to? I have some major complaints!!!!

Unfortunately, at this point we have just here to write, but we can still supposedly call support. This page: https://www.familysearch.org/help/helpcenter/article/contact-familysearch-support is supposed to have all the current phone numbers.
(I haven't been following your other discussion here. I hope things went ok there.)

Please be aware that the WHOLE matter is NOW (finally) being dealt with ...
And, has been "Escalated" (Hopefully, to the "Higher" 'Levels' of 'FamilySearch' "Support") ...
There were a number of proceeding posts, leading to this particular post ...
As an aside ...
Are you aware that, that "... feedback tab found at the bottom of this page ...", that you reference, just brings the User/Patron straight BACK, to this "Community.FamilySearch" Forum; specifically, to the "Ideas" Section?
And ...
As such ...
Is certainly NOT the most appropriate place to submit a (Serious) "Complaint".
Plus ...
The poster has ALREADY tried the various avenues ▬ they were exasperated, with the lack of help and intervention on the part of 'FamilySearch'.
Again, hopefully, that will be addressed/fixed, by the "Higher" 'Levels' of 'FamilySearch' "Support".
