Interesting question.

For Eugene S Mohney LRT5-J38 we see that the Endowment was reserved 26 October 2017.

Generally temple reservations expire in 2 years. That would take the expiration date up to 26 October 2019.

But the expiration date is extended by one year when 1 or more of the reserved ordinances is completed within the original 2 year reservation.

The Baptism and Confirmation were completed 5 January 2018. So that would take the expiration date up to 26 October 2020.

With the outbreak of COVID-19 and temple closures expiration dates are being exptended day by day.

Thus we have the new expiration date 28 January 2022.
