I was viewing an Aunts baptism (Elizabeth Ada Bridge 17 May 1908) when I noticed her father first name is incorrect.

the transcription states Arthur, the correct name is Alfred and it is clear that Alfred is written on the image.

for some reason the Edit button is greyed out so I cannot edit this myself.

The record in question is;-

Digital Folder Number 007568835 Image Number 00125

We understand that the record for Elizabeth Ada Bridge's baptism has her father incorrectly indexed as Arthur instead of Albert. The option to make a correction to this record is not available right now. The following article from the Help Center will explain why...

Thanks for your patience. We recommend that you attach the source anyway (it has already been attached to Albert). If you want to, you can add a note in the Reason Statement on the source or in Collaboration Notes or in the Life Sketch area explaining that his name is Albert and there is a mistake on the record.

    Best wishes!
