Something changed in the FS system yesterday and now every attached source on every person page is now showing up with this message, even when it's not correct. All sources are attached to every person mentioned in the document and still this message shows up.

We understand that you are seeing sources that stated unfinished attachments when they should not be.

This is a known issue. Engineers are aware and working on the issue.
