In general, do we index academic titles?

I'm working on the Wisconsin death records project and have the following name for this certificate:

Should I capture "M.D." anywhere? If so, what field should it go in? This wouldn't be considered a suffix, right? I've looked through the general guidelines and other questions and can't seem to find anything about academic titles like this.

In the field titled Deceased's Suffix, you would use the drop-down menu to choose "Other".
