Administrator account issue - (1 of 2) rollout of fix for disabled Admin
The Tech Talk this evening went by too quickly for me to catch everything, and I'm having an issue with my mic so I couldn't be heard. Will someone please outline for me the best way to proceed? I reimaged three of our seven machines today, and they'll need another couple of days to be fully functional. If there's a patch for the other four, I'd much rather apply that. What do I do? Will it be applied from outside? How do I prepare the machines? If I have to download it, where and how? Since there's no accessible Admin account, I don't see how it would work, but I'm willing to follow directions.
Question 2 of 2 relates to the problems I've been experiencing accessing tools and patches and everything else that everyone else seems to be able to access; but I'll save it for the next question.
