The collection is listed in the Catalog as a list of the deceased, not as a probate index, so it seems no probate was filled out for him since he left behind nothing--"If there were insufficient funds in the estate to pay for the administrative expenses no probate would be made" (see https://www.familysearch.org/wiki/en/Denmark_record_examples_of_Skifteprotokollerne). He is also listed as a "fattiglem" of "Mosbjerg fattiggaard"--a pauper of the Mosbjerg poorhouse.
