how do i find the ruler? i am wanting to index charts but am scared because i can't find it. can't find data entry in the upper left

Great question,
Please take a look at the link above regarding to where ti find the ruler. This image is where you would find Data entry. If you are not able to see it, your page may be reduced, you may want to restore up the page.
