Can anyone tell me a phone number or email for someone about digitizing records? A record set I want to look at has been digitized (according to a research consultant-on his computer) but still is not public or even protected mode. Is there someone even in the FHL occasionally to talk to? Thank you in advance.

In order for anyone to help with this question, you will need to give us the DGS number so that we can view the record and see any information about the record. Otherwise, you can always click on the "ask a Question" button at the top right of this page and ask them to find the answer for you.

Since it has been digitized (you can tell yourself if you put the microfilm number in and there is a DGS number beside it--it has been digitized).

I would call this number I found by googling your question:

"If customers need access to a particular film yet to be digitized, they can request to have it added to the priority digitization list by contacting FamilySearch Support (Toll Free: 1-866-406-1830)."

It has been digitized. I don't know why it's not available yet. I did send in a question to support as well.

I am not sure these film numbers came through.
