Household census for Anders Andersson born 1698 and Ella Andersdotter born 1701 in I believe Järvsö Parish.

Järvsö birth record for Anders born 14 December 1698 son of Anders (_____?_____) and Anna (Jansdotter or Larsdotter?)
Please help with the surnames, birth location and the notes in the columns to the right.

The parents of Anders, born 14 December 1698, are Anders Tref (or Tresk) (probably his soldier name) and Anna Hansdatter. The birth location is Stena (Stene). The notes on the right page are the male and female witnesses.
For reference, they have another child, Hans, born 27 November 1700 who is here: https://sok.riksarkivet.se/bildvisning/C0031563_00069#?c=&m=&s=&cv=68&xywh=667%2C4791%2C2716%2C1742 . The father's surname is clearer here.
Checking into this a little more, I found the family in the FS Tree here LKT8-CFW

In the Household census they have 3 children:
Anders, born 1730
Jon, born in 1734 or 1737
Olof, born in 1734 or 1737. It looks like they wrote 1737 on Olof and then just put a 4 above 7 for Jon to indicate 1734.
As far as the last name of Ander's father, I believe it is Persson, but I cannot say for sure.
