Thank you for your reply Carol. I already have this record. I'm trying to track down his baptismal record in order to confirm who his parents were. I believe he was born in Willowmore, Cape Town, but when I search this area in the Arc catalogue, it tells me it's only available thru the Family History Centre in Salt Lake. How can I ask someone in the Family History Centre in Salt Lake to try and research it?
I believe his date of Birth is 1 August 1903.
There are various family trees on line but they all have different parents, hence why I need to track down his baptismal records to confirm his parentage. Thanks

in the death certificate it mentions the mother's name which is incorrect
Parents Name : M(Mother) Leibbrandt... This is incorrectly indexed. It should read MATRON. Please see that he was in a Sanatorium....
INFORMANT:

Is there anywhere else we can search? Is there anyone at the Family History Library in Salt Lake who can do indepth searches? I'm really desperate to obtain Lambertus Gerhardus Phillipus Ferreira born 1 Aug 1903 baptismal records, as I'm unable to proceed without confirmation of his parents. Lambertus does not have a reference, as he does not appear on anyone's Family Tree. Your input and suggestions are very much welcomed. Many thanks

Actually, I just searched more about Willowmore. It actually is more than 6 hours from Cape Town, unless there is a suburb of Cape Town that I am not finding. So, Willowmore church records that FamilySearch has copies of are listed here:
There at least two of them cover the time period you are looking for. Hopefully you will be able to find the baptismal record you are looking for in one of these records.
