not sure how the adoption process works in Guatemala but if they have a registry start there
Take a DNA test then build a tree starting with what/who you know
when you get DNA matches then see if they fit into the tree & how they are related
You could try googling the birth mothers name & see if any hits come up ..I have found people that way
