Hello Jenealogy, it is often an indication of illegitimacy when the mother's name comes first. This is the case for Hans. It states, uægte barn = illegitimate child. The said to be father is Matros (sailor) Ammen. The type of link you shared did not allow for me to explore other images in the parish so see if the priest is using the (*) to indicate illegitimate child, but this would be my guess.
