Yes I've got your answers already, but I'm looking for their official marriage record, because on the death record of Jan Pieter Lens there is nothing written about his second wife (Anthonia Smit). It says that he is a widower of Petronella Johanna Post KZ74-9HQ, his first wife. I can't find the correct death record of Anthonia Smit either. Thanks anyway!

I'm not convinced they got married.
It's not mentioned on the death record of Jan Pieter Lens, you can't find a death record of "Anthonia Smit, wife of Pieter Lens" and you can't find their marriage record.
All you got is the birth records of their children which mentions that they got recognized in 1846, but it does not mention any marriage.
