Yes, this christening is for the same person, illegitimate Marie Mortensen, daughter of Dorthe Justdatter of Guldbæk Mark? (a village in Øster Hornum). Child's said to be father is Peder Mortensen of Frydenstrand in Mou Parish. It is not unusual for a christening to appear in two parishes, notice there are no witnesses in the Ferslev record but there are in the Øster Hornum.

I think this is 1870 census is Marie with her mother and grandparents. Clipboard01

I forgot to mention the note on the right side indicates Ane Dorthe was a servant from 1 November 1867 to ? 1868 in Ferslev. https://www.familysearch.org/ark:/61903/3:1:3QS7-L9Z6-ZFRC?cc=2
