I have many Swedish ancestors who were farmers. Are there any records available that would tell me what kind of farms they had. Did they have livestock, or were they raising crops? Are there any kinds of records that showed their inventory or what kind

Of farm it was? If so, are these records online, or where do I find them?

Thanks

There are lots of different types of farmers. The household Records sometimes tell you what kind of farmer, if they owned their own land, etc. You can then look that up. The estate records sometimes will tell you what he owned as it is passed on to his children.

Thanks. It was from the household records that I learned that they were farmers. But the household records have no details as to what kind of farm or inventory they had. I will try the estate records. If anyone out there has any other ideas of where to find this information, please let me know. Thanks to everyone.
