My sister has been looking for her birth record. We have exhausted every idea we have come up with. Her name is Diana Carol Teti (may be under Diane). Born in Utica N.Y. (or so they say) in St. Elizabeth's Hospital. Any help would be appreciated
Her name is Diana (or Diane) Carol Teti. Our parents were Joseph and Sally Teti. She was born in St. Elizabeth's Hospital in Utica, N.Y. Her birthdate is March 13, 1948 My e-mail is Ceilya@aol.com

Has she registered with the NY adoption registry?

New York just passed a law allowing New York born adoptees to get their original birth certificates which have the name of their first mother and perhaps their first father. Contact NY vital stats.
