Help deciphering Household Record Information
The three records below are from Stora Mellösa Parish, Örebro, Sweden and are for Margareta Larsdotter during 1821-1830.
In the first record, I believe it is referring to her as parent and widow, but I do not know what the very first word to the left of her name is.
I believe it is the same word below.
This third image I think refers to her having property in both Egeby and Mörby, but what do the first two words mean (something about her being the parent?) and what are does the OJS stand for?From other entries it seems like she might own property with brothers.

Svärmoder is mother-in-law
förd.enka means that she is a widow who benefits from property (also has something to say about it, usually that is what the head of the house, man, does).
med fördel means with benefit (profit) from her property in Mörby
