It's obviously a place in the province of Campobasso, however none of the five records at the link shows the name of the Comune (=Università).
Searching the FS catalogue by the batch ID(007240448_01421) I got two results: either Jelsi or Larino, both in the Province of Campobasso.
I cannott access the records to check this out, but I think the right Comune is Larino, because of the dates of the records.

To make sure, you may try going at the beginning of the records (rec #1) and see if the page before it has the name of the Comune on it.
