Translation Needed

The record below is from 1747;yet, it was at the beginning of the 1749-1757 Household Records (for Stora Mellösa, Örebro, Sweden). It seems that it's not a Household Record, but it does list places within the parish and a name or two under each place. The second post below is the place (Ånkersta) and name (I think Lars Parsson), but what does it all mean? Something to do with exams?

    It is a confirmation record. Name of child being confirmed, age, if they could read, and understand the Lutheran catechism.
