Swedish Birth Record Translation

I think the record below, which looks like it was added to the top of the record book at a later date, is for Nils, born 1749. However, I don't see the father identified. Could I get a full translation of the record? Jät Parish C:1 (1680-1761), p. 243.

It is a birth record for twins, Nils and Elin born at Nov 18. Record starts from previous page.

Thank you! Quite interesting. Although there seems to be no father listed in the birth record, I was able to find a marriage record for the mother that appears to be in the right time frame and parish (and no other real possibilities), and the husband's name matches the patronymic of the son's birth I was looking for. This was very helpful.
