The name of the father on 1836 confirmation record, #1

This is the October 9, 1836 confirmation record for Tellef Gjeruldsen, vaccinated on April 29, 1822. His mother is Anne Tellefsdatter. I cannot figure out the spelling of his father's last name.

I'm also including his October 20, 1821 birth record ( #4) for comparison. If there are alternate spelling of this name, I would appreciate a suggestion or two.

    Confirmation record list his father as. Gjeruld Tjøselsen and wife Anne Tellefsd.. Tellef is age 15 at the time of confirmation
