What has happened to a lot of the records in the search facility?
I can't seem to find records of people I know are here because I have found them before. I know they were here in the search facility as I recorded the Batch and File numbers but now there is no record of even those.

Below is an example of the person I was looking for. I am redoing my family tree and expanding it, as a result I am verifying all persons in the tree. I am trying to use the general search records feature. This person was verified in 2010/2011 but the records don't seem the be there anymore. I am not sure if there is a problem with the search records as I am getting very little under searching the name either.
Name: Ann Jago
DOB: 15 Aug 1802
Place: Berry Pomeroy, Devon, England
Marriage details:
Spouse: John Nichols Henderson
Date: 04 Apr 1825
Place: Bodmin, Cornwall, England

Seems that my searches are limited as I am not getting as many options as I would usually get.

I did a Record SEarch for the marriage and found this:

I didnt really do anything special.
make sure that your searches are not being filtered based on only certain "collection" items or groups

Thank you, don't know what was happening yesterday but even under name search I was only getting about 10 records. Today it is back to normal.
