Enable Relationship Viewing - not working?

Multiple relatives have asked me to Enable Relationship Viewing BUT I'v had this enabled for months. suggestions? Thx

    They probably have; but, just in case ...

    .

    It may sound simple; but, ...

    .

    Have ALL your 'multiple relatives' ALSO 'Enabled' "Relationship Viewing"?

    .

    Both, parties (ie. you; and, the Other User/Patron), must have "Relationship Viewing" 'Enabled' for it to work.

    .

    I just advised, another User/Patron, in this Forum, the other day, how to 'Enabled' "Relationship Viewing"; and, they later responded that it worked!?

    .

    Just a thought.

    Hi Brett,

     

    Thank you. I know that one of them has his enabled the other one maybe has not. What could be the problem?
