I would be grateful if someone could translate this for me. Ingeborg was married twice. Her second husband is Matz Olofsson.

    Walloon(?) Matts Olofsson's wife Ingeborg

Pålsdotter from Sulen(?), born in the same place, christened around 1687

    could well read and understand

her christian paragraphs (from the household examination) Married in her 26th year

for the 1st time with her deceased husband

Pär(?) Mattsson in Källa. Lived well with him

9 years, had 5 children 2 sons and 3 daughters. The 2nd daughter

is still living. She was a widow for 2 years. She entered her

second marriage with her surviving husband

    Matts Olsson i Sulen(?). Lived

well with him for 46 years, had 4 children 1 son

3 daughters - 2 daughters are deceased. Has lived a

christian and honorable/respectable life. Was sickly

for several years of a chest illness (pneumonia), she was prepared for a

blessed rest (death). Died 5 Aug. Buried 19 Aug. 83 years

These details would need to be confirmed with other records, of course, but this is my understanding of the document in a quick summary.

Thank you! This gives some insight into Ingeborg's character. I knew about her first 5 children but am happy to learn there were 4 more. I will look for their records. Am grateful to have her death date confirmed too!

Another possibility is it's a place name Wall (short for Walla or Wallsjön) before Mats Olofsson the the beginning. They had a tradition in Dalarna to put the name of a farm in front of a farmers name. He was residing in Sälen but maybe it referred to where he farmed? It could be Walloon. Either way it needs other records to understand it. After 5 children 2 sons and 3 daughters it reads 2ne döttrar lefva meaning 2 of the three daughters were still living at the time. I think Mats Olsson is of Sälen.
