My family comes from Oinousses, Chios, Greece. My grandfather was Michael Kouloukas. I have not been able to find this jurisdiction in the Family Search catalog. Could someone help me understand if the jurisdiction has changed or why I cannot find it?

Also there is a Gazeteer in the library with boundry changes, but boundries may have changed since it was produced. The author is Lica Carsakis-Bywater.
