Family Search required short course every 6 months for all pardons using the program.
Brian Eric Olsen said: If family search wants to get all pardons on board in keeping up with all the changes that are happening to the program. Like getting all pardons to follow the rules and follow basic research principles. For example when reserving temple ordinance pardons should be instructed to verify before printing the ordinance to do the work. This would save duplicates from being done. Also training all pardons when adding some one into their family tree their must be a source and reason. So other pardon can understand and support the addition. Family Search could every 6 months when a pardon try's to make addition. The program tell them they must take a short 5 or 10 minute training information course. When this is taken their account would be open to be able to make changes and make additions. Another example could be Family Search explaining how pardons should and should not use GEDCOM data. Family Search could review all the major problems they are having and add what new features in the program are happening, shared about in this required short session. If family Search will not make this required then make it required to be sent to the Messages system to each person where to go for this course. Then they could open it and receive this short course of information. I am not saying that this replace the training and other information in the help menus. Their is way to much information I am saying this message could address majors issues and direct pardon where to go for further training and the information about the problems family search is concern with. This message could be asking pardons to review and follow the directives from family search. This course could admonish pardons to use the message system and work together. So often pardons will not send messages or reply frustrating the unity of the work in getting the records correct.
