Shannon K Brown said: I love Family Search. I am so grateful for it and all the work that goes into it. My feedback is that the font used (like an old typewriter-like font) is horrible. With all the scrolling and reading from page to page after click to click, this font hard on the eyes and not easy to read fluently. It's exhausting. I am deterred to even use the Family Search website because the font is just really bad. Please remedy this! I have many friends and fellow users of Family Search who feel this way. All love and kindness, but fonts matter! Please change the font!

Gordon Collett said: You did not state what computer system you are using, but I assume it is a Mac and that you are seeing this:

This happens when your system fonts have gotten confused.

    To fix this:

    1) Go to your Applications folder and open Font Book.

    2) Under Font Book's File menu, choose Restore Standard Fonts.

    3) You will get a warning that this will remove all non-system fonts. This means that any fonts that were added by a program you installed rather than by your most recent operating system update will be removed. I doubt you will ever notice the difference. If there is a font you absolutely need, you can re-install it later.

This should get you back to what you should be seeing:
