Filled out form on line but not able to give all info needed. Aunt gave verbal permission to me before her death. She has no living immediate relatives.

    Her obituary from Find A Grave lists two living children (as of her death in 2019):

    She is survived by her son, Gordon Hayes of Kenesaw; daughter, Kim Aflague of Hastings. Permission should be obtained from one of them. Unfortunately, your Aunt's permission from before her death is not sufficient.

    I would also suggest that you update her last name to her maiden name (Nye) and attach her parents. I was able to locate her parents in FamilySearch as George Dewey Nye (KZ99-3X5) and Vera Teresa Herrick (K69L-7PL).

    @billiejoclark

    The permission to do ordinances has to come from a closest living relative.

    https://www.familysearch.org/help/helpcenter/article/do-i-need-permission-from-the-closest-living-relative-to-do-temple-ordinances

    Here is and excerpt from the help article that is linked above:

    • Having received permission from the deceased to do his or her temple work prior to his or her death does not qualify as obtaining permission from the deceased's closest living relative.

    Hope this helps.
