My brother, Louis Lackey, is now eligible to have his temple work done. However, his Ordinances do not reflect the fact that he was baptized, and I believe he may have also been ordained an elder. Can this be corrected? I would not like to have to redo his Baptism.

Thanks;

    Thank you Sister Jones for your question about the ordinances for your deceased brother not showing. As he has been deceased for just one year today, these would not be viewable until 1 year and 1 day. Also, these ordinances would not be viewable until his ward clerk had posted his death date to FamilySearch. If your brother was inactive, you may attach some kind of verification of his death to his memories and we will be able to process the request from there.
