These records are typewritten. Since the the first typewriter was introduced
in Indexing
in 1874, may I use that as "contextual information" and record these as 1935,1934, etc?

The invention of the typewriter should not be thought of as contextual information for dating records. What if there was a person creating indexes of really old records before they were put into storage? They could have access to a typewriter, but, be transcribing information from ancient books - just as we are doing now with our computers. We have no way of knowing from this image in which century these deeds were created and you are correct to change these to two digit years!
