I have a line of my family with the last name of MALE. Some members of the family modified the spelling by adding a letter such as I, Y, or even E. I have taken care of most of my others through FS, but missed this one and am now ready to seal her child to her and need this name issue resolved. The name of the child is Lloyd Myers PID L1C2-X2W; the name of the mother is Mahala Florence Male PID MBWY-2LZ; the name of the father is John Jerry Myers PID 93JJ-NCQ. Is there someone who can solve this issue for me?

Thank you for your time,

Suzie

Because this question involves temple ordinances we are moving it to the "Temple" category.

We will reply to Suzie in a private message and will escalate the request when we have the needed information. Suzie, please see the envelope in the top right corner to view your private messages.

    I am just another 'lowly User/Patron ...

[ And, I happen to be a Member of the Church ... ]

On top of; and, further to, what has already been proffered, to you through any (Private) communications ...

    FYI

[ And, ALSO for any others, who come across your 'Question'; and, have the same/similar query ... ]

Here is a "Knowledge Articles" in 'FamilySearch':

What words and abbreviations cause "Needs more information" to appear?

    https://www.familysearch.org/help/helpcenter/article/what-words-and-abbreviations-cause-needs-more-information-to-appear

As you will 'see', from the "Knowledge Article", there are many "Words" (and "Abbreviations"), that can cause a problem/issue, in an individual's/person's "Name"; where, one must refer the matter to 'FamilySearch' "Support', to get the problem/issue approved/authorised (ie. dealt with) for "Temple" Work.

I hope this also helps, somewhat.

    Brett

ps: In your particular case; as, you can 'see', the Word, "Male" is one of those (what you might call, 'Reserved') words.
