Dear @Sharon Prouting
The little green temple icons with a clock that show "Ready and Shared with temple" can be requested by patrons such as yourself. You will have 90 days to complete the ordinances. However, the expiration dates are temporarily postponed right now because of COVID.
If you or no other patron reserves the ordinance using FamilySearch, one of the temples will eventually pick it up, print a name card, and a walk-in patron of the temple will complete the ordinances. It might be many years before this happens.

Hello @Sharon Prouting,
I am in agreement with the information found above. Here is the article in the Help Center in case you would like to see it.

- Why is FamilySearch a contributor in Family Tree?
- Much of the information in Family Tree moved over from a previous system.

Thanks for the information, we just wanted to be reassured that the work would still be done.
We have no working temple in New Zealand at the moment and as the borders are closed we cannot go to Australia to the temple there so will just leave it as it is.
