I cannot access my family tree. when I click on family tree the page just keeps blinking.

We are assuming you are on a computer. If not, please get back to us. The first thing I would try is clearing your cookies and browsing history. This usually solves the problem. Below is a link to the article for how to do this.

Have you tried another browser such as Firefox or Edge? Often FamilySearch will work just fine in another browser.
