Are you saying that the Temple work has already been done on the dates you give?
Are you sure it is the same James Lyon?
A possibility is that it is a duplicate James Lyon with a different ID number (in which case the two records need to be merged). I have just tried searching for such by clicking Find Similar People without success but I find that does not always work. I have also tried searching historical records again without success. Neither conclusively proves that a duplicate does not exist.
Where have you got those dates from? Personal records?

Graham

I found the temple dates on previous LDS website such as IGI, IIGI, etc.

Hi, @LenoreAkerson1. From your original post and your additional comments, you appear to be concerned that the ordinance dates you have found elsewhere are different than the ordinance dates that you currently see for James Lyon LCZJ-TS6.
When ordinances are missing in Family Tree that you believe have been completed, we can forward your concern to the specialty team that can verify whether or not the missing ordinances were actually completed. Often there are duplicate records that contain the missing ordinances, so it is important to check first to see if you can find any similar records, especially for these very distant ancestors who have often had their ordinances duplicated many times over. You may want to review the following knowledge article which you can find in the Temple Category of the Help Center if you type "missing ordinances" . Using the quotes will generally bring the article you are looking for to the top of the results list. https://www.familysearch.org/help/helpcenter/article/missing-ordinance-and-membership-information-in-family-tree
I will be sending you a personal message with some additional helpful instructions as I prepare to assist you with this concern. You are welcome to reply to that message by using the Comment Box below the message.
