I have come across a handwritten record on one individual applying for naturalization. His application is two pages long. The first has his name, and the second has the event date and place, but no name. How do I index this information? on one page or two?

It would be most helpful to see the batch in order to give you an accurate answer. We need you to provide the batch code which is the series of letters and numbers in brackets at the top of your screen.

For example: US, Kansas—Naturalization Records, 1856–1991 [Part B] [M3H2-Y99]

M3H2-Y99 is the batch code.
