Why can't I seal my ancestor to her parents?

Senora Coppedge, 24QR-LC3, has had her B,C,I, and E completed, but there is a yellow box, instead of green, for her SP which prevents me from doing her SP. Why is this?

Also, all 5 of her children have yellow boxes for their SP. How can they be made green also so I can eventually do their SPs?

Thanks,

Phil Miller

    Hi P. Miller

We will be sending your question to specialist's in another department. We will send you a private message requesting additional information.

Your question will be forwarded to a specialty team for review and resolution. You may be contacted by that team if they need to gather more information.

Her name was indeed "Senora". Here is some of the proof:

    1880 Census - "Signora"

    1900 Census - "Senora"

1908 birth record - "Senora" in daughter Leona's birth record.

    1910 Census - "Senora"

    Find-a-Grave.com - "Senora".

So can I get the restrictions eliminated?

FT won't let me do her SP. Senora Coppedge, 24QR-LC3, FT also won't let me do her kids' SPs...

I know why it is happening and a FS missionary will need to help to release it for you. You cannot use words like Baby or Boy int he name field so the name Senora is probably being flagged in that category. They will help you get it fixed.
