Duplicate when merged did not carry completed temple ordinances to the remaining person

RE: James Preston Hawkins (MCX9-7NG) Birth: 16 Sep 1809--- had all ordinances completed in the Seattle Temple per blue card in my possession.

B: Oct 18, 2008 C: Oct 18, 2008 I: May 08, 2010 E: May 15, 2010 Sealing to P: Aug 27, 2013 Sealing to Sp: Jul 31, 2012 (yellow card)

James Preston Hawkins (LZP4-6GT) Birth : 16 Sep 1809------ Same person is requiring missing ordinances.

Can this be fixed to reflect the original ordinances?
