How can I start indexing again?
I use to do inddexing but I can't find the page to get started.

Log in into FamilySearch,-> click on Indexing--> click on web indexing-> click on Find a Batch.
If you are not familiar with the new Web indexing click on Overview for a guided tour on indexing.
