I would like to request the approval to seal Arthur G Balamis (G9LD-YRT) and Ethel A Balamis (G9LD-R25) as a couple. They are both deceased. They have no living relatives. They are my wife's family. Thank you,

Keith Stepan

Sent the patron an article on the 110 year request process.

    https://www.familysearch.org/help/helpcenter/article/how-do-i-request-ordinances-for-an-ancestor-who-was-born-in-the-last-110-years

"The close living relative can be an un-divorced spouse (the spouse to whom the individual was married at death), an adult child, a parent, or a sibling.

If no close living relatives exist to grant permission, you can still request permission to do the ordinances. Please be prepared to provide evidence that no living close relatives exist. "

Try to request permission from your ancestor's ordinance page. You will answer that there are no close living relatives. Your request will go to a specialized department. You will hear from them by email.
