Proxy ordinances performed while person was living and before 1 year had passed from his death.

Proxy ordinances were performed for him in 1984 and 1985 due to incorrect death information being entered on his profile.

I have attached sources documenting his death, marriage and other information on his profile.

Correction: Ordinances were performed in 2004 and 2005, but prior to his death for baptism and confirmation, and prior the one year anniversary of his death for the initiatory and endowment ordinances.
