SS listed as reserved on one person's page and not available on their spouse's page

I have at least 10 couples with this problem. When our temple opened for deceased work I started printing cards and organizing them. I decided to print colored cards for me to keep in my card file, to help me keep track of everyone, and white cards to take to the temple. I have a lot of names reserved, so it took me a couple of weeks to get it all organized. I used my temple reservations list to put the cards in the order of their expiration date. I found 5 SS that I had printed cards 22 June through 27 June that had dropped off my reservation list because the man's SS was now listed as not available, even though his wife's SS was fine and shown as reserved by me. In checking through my other SS I found 3 more couples where the man's SS was listed as reserved by me, but his wife's SS was now listed as not available, when it had been fine at the time of printing. I think there must have been a glitch it a software update sometime between 27 June when I last printed cards and a week or so later when ordinances mysteriously became unavailable and people dropped off my reservation list. I am now concerned that other ordinance work may have dropped off my temple list as well.

Christine Larson L1BS-Y4B (the above Martin's sister) SS good - husband Alfred Emil Jernander L1BS-TLK SS NA

Norris M Nelson Sr LL97-8K6 SS NA for either spouse - SS 1st wife Louise E White LYQ9-VXQ done 22 June 2021; SS Theresa Smith LY3V-PZR good

Samuel Edwin Wilhelm 9HXW-GXV SS NA - Catherine Rogers 9HXW-58M SS good

Amy Emilia Forde LKTH-7B9 SS NA - Gilman D Hovland LVFP-MVB SS good

Please help. I am concerned that ordinances are being lost or won't show up when it is done. None of these people have duplicates showing and all of them were fine when I printed cards 22 - 27 June.

Thanks so much for your quick fix of my problem. It all looks great except 1 fix got missed. Easy to do among so many and especially because it did not have the usual yellow Not Available flag. The one remaining problem is with the

SS of Clara J Larson GC3L-JQ6 my 1st cousin 3x's removed to her

1st husband Einer Christian Nelson Stikle GC3G-7V1 as his 2nd wife

he has a green request box, but it is for his SS to his 1st wife Maren, to whom I am not related
