I requested permission and received the okay from her daughter and submitted my request. I received an email on August 17th saying that permission was granted to complete her work. Has it been processed yet? I have gone in to print her ordinance card and it still gives me the pop-up requesting permission. Please advise why I cannot yet print her ordinance card.
